This torture victim died on the 11th October 1977. The day I was born.

They were just as methodical at recording deaths. Which means, today, there is a wealth of material to piece together the crimes and ideology of the Khmer Rouge. It's unlikely, however, that anyone will be brought to justice. Many Khmer Rouge people and now in the democratic government and of the two people who were to be tried by an international court one has now died of natural causes.
