Butterfly Spring
Posted Monday, 19 February 2007
This is a performance we had the pleasure of watching, called Butterfly Spring. It was probably the most surreal 1 1/2 hours of our lives. It was a bit like a secondary school dance competition - except with pyrotechnics, an on-stage waterfall, a lot of glitter and a bag of live butterflies.

Nobody feels the need to be quiet during perfomances - everyone sits around chatting to eachother and on their mobiles, and nobody claps at the end. The performers were still doing curtain calls while everyone was filing out.
