Wiper period Posted Thursday, 08 September 2005 For this leg of the trip the cam was taking one shot every three seconds. Weirdly enough, this is precisely the period of the wipers (or precisely two periods depending on the speed I suppose). This is a screen capture of a part of the resulting image list.. notice how they are not just vaguely in time but precisely. here we have two and a half minutes of footage and the wiper is always in exactly the same spot. Talk about the electronic age, eh? Comments Carl I'm surprised nobody has commented on the fact that the car is obviously stopped and that I appear in one shot meaning the keys were probably not in the ignition, meaning the wipers probably were, in fact, stopped.I feel only marginally more stupid for having posted this in the first place than I do for having taken over FIVE MONTHS to figure this out.
